CONTACTING THE PRACTICE

Reception
Whether you telephone or visit the practice, your first point of contact will be the Reception staff, who will assist you in getting the help that you need from the practice.

Practice Manager
Mrs Damaris Stiles
Damaris is responsible for the management of all aspects of patient care within the surgery and works with the Primary Care Trust and Derriford Hosptial to provide timely and effective care for those patients needing assistance.

ACCESS TO THE SURGERY

Access at present is by road from the entrance to Pounds House from Outland Road. There is a limited amount of parking in the driveway to Pounds House. Pedestrian access is via several paths from Outland Road and Peverell Park Road. There is also access from Central Park itself.

There is a disabled access to the building. All staff will endeavour to assist if help is required. All the consulting rooms are now on the ground floor of the building.
